Process for identifying and Sloving your unique Problems

Before we will proceed with a phone call or any services, your Church must recognize that the Bible is the inerrant Word of God.

If your Church has a Mission Statement, it would be helpful to see that prior to our initial call.

We would like to know your overall budget and your mission budget (no details, just those two numbers).

A sample service, if available (Audio or Video).

A simple statement of growth over the last 5 years (understanding that this may be level or a negative number).

The street Address of your main sanctuary.

After satisfying the above requirements, we will schedule a Teleconference or a Phone Conference with your key personnel. At a minimum this will be the Sr. Pastor and any additional staff so deemed by the Pastor and the Deacon / Elder Chair and other attendees as directed.

The number of people is not critical as long as those who are in charge of the decision or have the reasonability of presenting the opportunities to the Congregation of the Church are present.

At the initial Call, we will present a preliminary Statement of Work, to accomplish the first-year goals. During the Call we will /may make certain changes to said goals as a result of feedback during the Call.

We will then set a time to come to your facility and do “On-Site Research” to further develop the Statement of Work.

The finished Statement of Work will be provided to the Sr. Pastor, within 10 working days of the on-site visit.

The initial cost is $2,500 plus reasonable expenses. This fee (not the expenses) is totally refundable, if the Church allows BRU (Bible Research University) to execute the Statement of Work, as presented.

Also, it is well to note that BRU will only be compensated for time and expertise; any hardware, software or equipment of any kind shall be purchased directly by the Church and not purchased through BRU.

The initial $2,500 is paid before the on-site visit and the expenses are due upon receipt  thereof. 

The accepted Statement of Work shall be payable as follows:

     1- One Third at the time of formal acceptance 

     2- One Third at the completion of the Statement of Work

     3- The final One Third thirty days thereafter (- $2,500)

Approximately 45 days after the last payment, your BRU representative will schedule another Virtual Conference as a follow-up to see what is working a look at any modifications that might be needed to accomplish our original goals. 

These modifications may be changes in our approach or changes in the execution of our approach.
